Esha and Tanmay won medals at National Level T.T. Tournament

From Uttarakhand State, the two students of Gayatri Vidyapeeth, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, participated in the 5 day National Level Table Tennis Tournament held at Guwahati, Assam. The tournament was organized by the Youth and Sports Ministry, New Delhi. Esha Dewangan and Tanmay Varma, the students of the Gayatri Vidyapeeth, were ranked at second and third positions, respectively, in the tournament. The Hon. Chancellor of the University, Dr. Pranav Pandya, remarked on this achievement that various types of sports are being elaborated in the school besides school education. This helps in the complete development of students. Dr. Pandya congratulated both the students and awarded them with the title “Khel Khelo” (Play Game). Prof. S.N. Mishra, the Principal of the School, informed that the two students are also vigilant of studies besides sports. This sets an example for other students to bring up their talents like them. The whole of the Gayatri Vidyapeeth family congratulated the winners.
